The Emsculpt NEO Butt Lift is a one time, no downtime procedure using focused ultrasound to lift the muscle and stimulate your body’s own collagen and elasticity resulting in a lift over the course of 90 days, that lasts a year.
The Sculptra® Butt Lift is the use of the Sculptra® injectable in the buttocks to restore lost volume, plump up the flatness, for a more youthful full appearance. Sculptra® is the injectable of choice for non-surgical gluteal plumping that lasts 2 years.
Sculptra® is best suited to this area because you can get a significant augmentation without using much product. Sculptra® is different in that it induces your own fresh collagen to grow around the product, from triggering an inflammatory response in your body, where hyaluronic acid-based fillers just pump more volume into your skin without the collagen stimulation. Sculptra® actually stimulates collagen in your skin for 2 years, and no other injectable can do that.

Anyone who is looking to go without surgical intervention, such as the traditional Brazillian Butt Lift, is a candidate. To mimic the surgical procedure with non-surgical methods, The Non-Surgical Brazilian Butt Lift is for those individuals who may have a more flat and sagging appearance in the buttocks, and desire a more toned, lifted, contoured and defined appearance to restore youth and shape. You could start this 30 days post-childbirth, and can definitely have it between pregnancies, as it is a subtle lift, and should be repeated yearly.
We use topical anesthetic for the Emsculpt NEO portion of the lift. Face should be a low pain level of 0-3 with an occasional spot being a 5-7, like on bony areas. On the buttocks, it’s a low pain scale from 2-3 with an occasional 5+, and overall being very tolerable.
The Emsculpt NEO Butt Lift takes about 90 minutes and The Sculptra® Butt Lift takes another 30-45 minutes. In-office time would be about 2.5 hours total if doing both the same day.
