PRFM and PRP Hair Restoration: At FACE we offer the innovative SELPHYL® PRFM (Platelet-rich Fibrin Matrix) for hair restoration. PRFM is an advanced form of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. PRP for hair loss uses platelets to regenerate hair follicles. The platelets are derived from a blood sample taken from the patient. The blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate the platelets, and the resulting PRP serum is injected into the scalp.
