Renowned expert in natural medicine, Dr. Doug Cutler heads Cutler Integrative Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Lorna Thomas, and is the husband to Holly Cutler, and partner to FACE. He founded The Integrative Health Model™, and uses a holistic approach with naturopathic medicine to create breakthroughs in his patient’s health. He is known for his ability to empower patients to better health, after they have exhausted conventional methods.
Dr. Cutler received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Dr. Cutler has also obtained post-doctorate and extensive training in environmental medicine under the pioneering and leading experts in the field of medicine.

Lorna Lacen Thomas, M.D. is a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her internship and postgraduate residency training in Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital, where she was the first African American Chief Resident in Dermatology. She is board-certified in Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
She is a member of the American Medical Association, National Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, Wayne County Medical Society and the Women’s Dermatological Society. She is also a member of the Michigan Dermatological Society, where she was the first African American female President. She serves as a consultant to television channels 2 and 7 in Detroit, Essence magazine, Proctor and Gamble, Galderma, Allergan, and Medicis.
Linda’s experience in the beauty industry spans over 30 years in salons, spas and the national retail sector. As our General Manager, her sales and training leadership continues to support our fast growth in the marketplace. She holds licenses to practice skin care and massage therapy in both Florida and Michigan. Linda’s goal is to help our patients and clients look and feel amazing by helping guide them through our large array of therapies, and products, and supporting them to make the necessary changes in order to meet their goals. She is a people-person and Face and Cutler Integrative Medicine are proud to have her amongst our leadership. She loves being active, enjoying the outdoors, and participating in life. Linda, along with her husband Paul, enjoy their time with daughter Chloe, her husband Caleb and their 2 children, Vivan and Mack.
Donatela has been in the industry for 7 years. She graduated from Aveda Institute and went to National Laser Institute and has worked in medical spas, plastic surgery, and started her career as a solo esthetician. She has specialized in over 60 different technologies, ultrasound, radio frequency, microneedling, PRP, skin tightening, body contouring, and many different facials. She is passionate about continued education… yearly seminars, staying up to date with the latest techniques/technologies! She has assisted doctors with injectables and post operative care post surgery and has a consulting background. Donatela is huge on health/wellness and believes our skin is a map to what’s happening internally. Her own skincare journey has fueled her passion for not only helping others with their skin but building their confidence. She loves treating acne/acne scarring due to having struggled with both. Her hobbies outside of work include traveling, cooking, art, anything outdoors, and working out/all things health and wellness.
Shelby is a registered nurse with over 6 years of experience working in acute and critical patient care. Shelby’s extensive background, along with her professional and warm demeanor has allowed Shelby to build a loyal aesthetic following quickly. Shelby has an unyielding passion for the practice of aesthetic medicine, facial correction, and unique techniques to enhance a persons image through subtle and measured refinement. Aesthetically talented, Shelby has trained under the top physicians all over the country, as well with all the top companies in the field. Her passions include performing a restored V shape face, a lip lift technique that gives the lips a natural restored look, Ultherapy facelifts, PRP (platelet rich plasma injections), and PDO threads to lift facial contours. Shelby lives with her husband, Zach and their two sons, Henry and Bobby in Birmingham, MI.
Tiffany joins us as a cosmetic RN with 8 years of experience in the field, and extensive education for years in injectables, liquid facelifts, Botox, and Skin Restoration techniques. She has trained under the top injectors in Florida and Colorado. Tiffany also has experience in laser, energy, and body rejuvenation therapies. She is not only stunning and dynamic, but her bedside manner had people on a waiting list for months to see her. We are excited to bring her on board with our FACE team. Tiffany enjoys time outdoors, being active, keeping up on the latest advancements in her field, reading, and sports.
Heather Thomson brings 10 years experience in nursing as a Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the University of Detroit Mercy. Heather aims to enhance one’s own natural beauty with the latest and safest innovations in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other modalities. Her expertise is in advanced Botox, and filler use on and off-label, PRP, MINT PDO threads, and full face corrective transformations. Heather ensures a high standard of competence and care for a variety of patients with diverse needs. She places high regard for detail and accuracy and prides herself on her ability to make comprehensive decisions based on product knowledge, clinical outcomes, facial anatomy, and patient safety. Heather is born and raised in Windsor, Ontario and is proud of her Canadian roots. As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with nine years of experience in plastic surgery, Nicole Steinberg is passionate about enhancing the beauty and confidence of her patients at FACE Med Spa. Her career began with a foundation in nursing, and she quickly found her niche in aesthetic medicine, where she combines her clinical expertise with an artistic touch. Nicole is a graduate from the Rush University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program. Courtney is our lead Skin Management Expert™, with a background in Medical Aesthetics, of our facial division, bringing 15 years of experience in skincare. Originally from the Los Angeles area, she earned her first professional Esthetics license in California (2005), and has since added licenses from Wisconsin and Michigan. Courtney’s first experience with Esthetics came after undergoing treatment for Grade III Cystic Acne as a young adult. After years of frustration with medications and dermatology visits, a professional Esthetician guided Courtney to clear skin with minimal disfigurements. This life-changing experience with a professional Esthetician was the inspiration for Courtney to dedicate her life to helping others look and feel their best despite their skin disorders. Her passion in aiding clients reach their skin care goals has led her to FACE Skincare Medical Wellness. Courtney believes that the skin is the outward manifestation of what is happening internally in our bodies. Courtney loves spending time with her husband and two wonderful children (AKA the maniacs!). She also enjoys paddle boarding, reading, and traveling.
Erin joins our team as a Skin Management Expert™ with over 17 years of experience & a background in Medical Aesthetics. As a life-long Michigander, Erin’s dedication to skin care management comes after her own personal struggles with acne as a teen. With a passion to learn about cutting edge technologies and treatment options, Erin has continued to stay on the cutting edge of her esthetics knowledge. Erin was drawn to FACE due to our patient focused philosophy, customized skin care management procedures, and our dedication to providing their clients with the latest in skin care technology. Erin is a very active mother of two boys. She enjoys watching them play sports, spending time outdoors, fitness and nutrition, traveling, and taking her dog for walks with her husband.
Jenna has six years experience in medical aesthetics. Specializing in advanced facial treatments, she has a passion for delving into the complexity of skin concerns and providing a targeted approach to help rectify and resolve said concerns. Adrianna is not only passionate about medical aesthetics, but patient care. Malina joins our FACE team as Assistant Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industries. With a deep passion for customer service and business relations, she is dedicated to ensuring that every client’s experience is smooth and exceptional. Her extensive background in managing salon and spa environments equips her with the leadership skills to guide clients through their journey with confidence and care. Having personally dealt with her own skin challenges, she is especially passionate about helping others feel their best. Originally from Michigan, Malina returned from Charlotte, North Carolina, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
Katie joins our team all the way from Dallas, TX as a dynamic professional with extensive experience in the medical spa and wellness industry, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to everything she does. She is passionate about fostering positive client relationships and building a community of wellness. Known for her ability to empower and support her team, Katie creates a collaborative, high-energy environment where everyone thrives. Gina joins us as a licensed aesthetician, laser technician, and medical assistant with nine years of experience working with plastic surgery and dermatology. She has a strong background in medical aesthetics. Gina graduated from the National Laser Institute where she was nationally certified. Gina's background includes doing photodynamic therapy on patients that had skin cancer, to working really close and hands on with people who are treating their acne, to cosmetic surgery doing consulting and follow ups along with assisting Botox, fillers, and threads. Gina is very passionate about her work and delivering excellent patient care. Perfection for her clients is always her goal, as she loves making people feel and look great. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandparents and going on nature walks.
Alexa has over 11 years of experience in the beauty, healthcare, and customer service industries. FACE was the inspiring atmosphere she had been searching for as she desired to be with the top medical spa around. Alexa’s leadership experience in medical and spa environments and passion for business, customer relations, and all things beauty have provided her with the ability to excel with our company. Reilene joins our wellness division of Cutler Integrative Medicine as an IV Nurse Specialist with 25 years experience in Labor and Delivery. She is the Assistant Clinical leader in her Department at a Metro Detroit Hospital. She has completed the Holistic Intensive Training and knows the importance of healing the mind, body, and soul of our patients. She emphasizes the connection between patients and their environment and in parallel, maintains optimal well-being and good health. Reilene values a work, life balance philosophy and family time is very important to her. Alongside her family getaways, she enjoys sailing, cooking and baking. A loyal sport enthusiast, she looks forward to football season, hockey, and baseball with her husband of 30 years and her two sons.
Rachelle joins our Cutler Integrative Medicine team as one of our IV nurses. Her background as a Registered Nurse comes with over 7 years of experience in Labor and Delivery and Dermatology. She graduated from Madonna University where she was taught the practice of Holistic Nursing, which focuses on wellness rather than treating symptoms of a person's current illness. Rachelle is often a preceptor and role model for new nurses, encouraging them to consider their patients physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Outside of work, Rachelle loves to spend time with friends, family and especially her two nieces.
