What is Nano–Tox™ Instant Facial (AQUAGOLD^®)?

The Nano-Tox™ Instant Facial uses a blend of neuromodulators and/or fillers in small quantities through very fine AQUAGOLD^® fine touch™ micro-needles to improve the appearance of the skin on-the-go. It is done all over the face, takes just minutes to complete, and improvements are seen in the skin rapidly.

Am I A Good Candidate For Nano-Tox™?

You’re a good candidate for the Nano-Tox™ Instant Facial if you’re looking to improve your complexion with minimal downtime.
If you are allergic to metals including gold, you will be advised against having this treatment, as the fine needles are stainless steel with gold.

What is a Typical Treatment Like?

Painless AQUAGOLD^® fine touch™ micro-needles, smaller than human hair, are tapped into the skin using a cocktail of neuromodulators, filler, vitamins, or PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma). Dubbed as “Skin BOTOX^®” it is only reaching .6mm into the skin, so it is very superficial, and not to the depth or amount of Injected BOTOX^® Cosmetic or Filler.

What Results Will I See?*

The treatment is a real lift selfie filter that gives instant results, reducing pores, oil, fine lines, and redness, while increasing hydration in just minutes.
Results are seen within 24-48 hours post-treatment. You can expect results of the treatment to last from 4-8 weeks, and longer as you receive more treatments over time.

Many people get 4 treatments a year, but the spacing is individualized. Some may get one every 6-8 weeks for 4 sessions, while others may choose to do it quarterly. You can also go based on when you notice it wearing off.

Is There Any Downtime?*

There is no downtime with this treatment. You may leave with some slight erythema (redness), but will look glowing, and in the next two days will have more of a red carpet ready appearance. All cosmetic laser, energy, or facial treatments can be performed 1-2 weeks prior to or after the Nano-Tox Facial.

Does Nano-Tox replace other facial and laser treatments?

No. The instant results of the Nano-Tox treatment lend many instant benefits that complement other facial modalities but does not replace them. Facial and laser treatments cause deeper and more long term results and changes to the skin to dramatically get rid of sun damage, lines, and wrinkles, broken vessels, rosacea, scars, and more. Nano-Tox is a great treatment to get you event-ready quickly, as well as for those who don’t want pain or downtime of other modalities or don’t have the time to come back for a bi-weekly series of things.

What is the difference between Microneedling and the Nano-Tox Instant Facial?

Nano-Tox is a mini injector treatment that is painless, doesn’t go deep into the tissue, and doesn’t create bleeding all over. On the contrary, pen microneedling is painful, requiring numbing, and can go very deep, causing bleeding. In addition, this treatment will not break down your facial fillers like regular microneedling pens or treatments, as well as would laser and energy-based devices.

Is it safe?

The use of injectables in microneedling has been done over the last few years with no side effects, except for one reported case of infection by someone who didn’t use a sterile solution. Sterile solutions must always be used. That said, the neuromodulators and fillers are used off label currently, as the direct mechanism of which we see these benefits are not known currently.
